Adam Cole

Adam graduated from the University of South Australia in 1998. His passion for sports took him overseas to Europe where the opportunity to work at some of the finest sporting institutions throughout the UK and Ireland presented itself. Adam worked at one of the top medical rehabilitation centres for the University of Cambridge providing treatment to many of their elite rowers for which they have become renown.

Following two successful years in the UK, Adam was offered a physiotherapist position working with elite athletes in Ireland. He provided treatment to rugby players including members of the European Cup champions Munster. After five years working at the top-level and watching Munster win the European Cup in 2005 & 2007, Adam decided upon returning to Australia.

In 2008, Adam successfully founded Function Physio in Gladesville, which is currently one of the largest physiotherapy clinics in mid-west Sydney. After acquiring Wentworth Falls Physiotherapy in 2012, Adam moved to the Blue Mountains full-time and now resides in Leura.

2013 saw the opening of his second clinic in Leura, along with the acquisition of Blue Mountains Physiotherapy in 2016 — resulting in the largest provider of physiotherapy services in the region.
